Her graduation from Germantown Friends School in the city of Germantown in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood, in 1994. Then, in 1998 she received her degree at Harvard College with a Bachelor's degree. Welker married John Hughes in Philadelphia, who was a known marketing director. They have two daughters. The couple began having an affair. John was her husband, and 4 years younger than her. Their relationship was progressing enough that they decided to take this to the next level.
