Her roles include Jane Kerkovich-Williams on ABC's comedy show Happy Endings, Denise Mahoney in Scrubs in the last two seasons, Tiger on Hulu's comedy series Future Man, and Hannah Wyland in Quantico. She was the main character in the 2022 comedy on Fox Pivoting. Recently, she was an supporting role in the Netflix series Murderville episode titled Who killed Santa.After the college years, Coupe took classes in comedy improvisation at The Groundlings and ImprovOlympic. The actress toured France in 2003, playing soldier in a female-only King Lear version. Her one-woman show, The Patriots (a sketch show created by her) first aired in November of 2005 at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. She was awarded the Breakout Performer Award at HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, Aspen, Colorado. March 2006. Coupe was married to acting instructor and puppeteer Randall Whittinghill from December 2007 to June 2013.She announced her engagement to Darin Olien, founder of SuperLife, a lifestyle brand SuperLife on Instagram on November 27, 2014. While traveling in New Zealand, they were married on December 24, 2014. They filed for divorce in the year of 2018. Between April 2011 between April 2011 and May 2013, Coupe was a star in ABC's ensemble comedy show Happy Endings, along with Zachary Knighton (Adam Pally), Damon Wayans Jr., Casey Wilson, and Zachary Knighton. The show was canceled by ABC on May 3, 2013 even though it received acclaim from critics. The show also earned an unofficial following. After Happy Endings was cancelled, she starred as a regular in the third season of House of Lies. She played alongside Jay Harrington on the comedy series Benched. It premiered on October 28th and 29 in 2014. She was later seen in the ABC thriller Quantico in the role as FBI agent Hannah Wyland.
